About the PDF Rotate, Delete & Reorder Tool

This tool handles the everyday page-level fixes that come up with scanned or assembled PDFs: pages scanned sideways or upside down, pages in the wrong order after a document was fed through a scanner out of sequence, and unwanted blank or duplicate pages that need removing.

How it works

Upload a PDF and every page appears as a thumbnail with its own rotate, move up, move down, and delete controls — so you can fix one page at a time without affecting the rest of the document. A blank page can also be inserted at the end and moved into position, useful for adding a signature page or divider.

Common uses

  • Fixing sideways or upside-down pages from a scanned document without re-scanning
  • Reordering pages after an out-of-sequence scan
  • Removing blank or unwanted pages before submitting a document
  • Inserting a blank page for a signature or divider

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I rotate just one page, not the whole document?

Yes — each page thumbnail has its own rotate button, so you can rotate only the pages that need it.

Can I add a blank page in the middle of the document?

Insert adds the blank page at the end; use the move up/down arrows on its thumbnail to place it wherever you need.
