Adding a logo automatically raises error correction to High so the code stays scannable.
About the QR Code Generator
This tool was rebuilt with feature-parity ambitions toward dedicated QR platforms like QRSansar — dot and corner styling, color presets, logo embedding, and multiple export formats — while staying honest about what a browser-only tool without a backend server can and can't do.
What's genuinely included
Nine content types, six dot styles and three corner styles (each combination tested to confirm the code still scans correctly), eight quick color presets plus full custom colors, logo embedding with automatic error-correction boost, and both PNG and SVG export.
What's honestly not included, and why
QRSansar and similar commercial platforms also offer dynamic QR codes — where the destination can be edited after printing, with scan analytics — plus account systems and bulk generation. Those require a backend server, a database, and a redirect/analytics service to actually work. This site is entirely static (no server), so building that honestly isn't possible here without fundamentally changing the site's architecture. Every QR code this tool creates is a static code: the content is embedded directly, it never expires, and it doesn't depend on any service staying online — but the destination can't be changed after creation. That's a real trade-off, not a missing feature I forgot.
Frequently Asked Questions
What kinds of QR codes can I create?
Plain text, website URLs, WiFi network credentials, contact cards (vCard), WhatsApp chat links, email, phone numbers, SMS, and calendar events.
Can I add my own logo?
Yes — upload a PNG, JPG, or SVG. Error correction is automatically raised to High when a logo is added, so the code stays scannable even with the logo covering part of the center.
What dot and corner styles are available?
Six dot styles (Square, Dots, Rounded, Classy, Classy Rounded, Extra Rounded) and three corner styles (Square, Dot, Extra Rounded) — every combination was tested to confirm it still scans correctly.
What formats can I download?
PNG (for web/screens) and SVG (a scalable vector format, ideal for print at any size without pixelation).
Does this create dynamic QR codes with editable destinations or scan analytics?
No — this creates static QR codes with the content encoded directly, which is honest about what a browser-only tool without a backend server can actually do. Static QR codes never expire and don't rely on any service staying online, but the destination can't be changed after the code is created.
